Steady House Ltd is the legal operator of Kindred. The product is still founder-led by Hannah Graham, so the support tone stays human and practical while responsibility sits with the company.

Feedback and suggestions
Ideas, product suggestions, and requests for improvement should go to Community > Kindred Feedback & Suggestions inside the app. That keeps member feedback close to the product and helps shape future changes around what people actually need.
Delete your account or raise a complaint
If you can access the app, use Menu > Settings > Delete account.
If you cannot access the app, email from the address linked to your account and tell us whether you want full account deletion or help with a specific issue.
For formal complaints, use the live Contact & complaints page in Kindred or email Steady House directly.
Safety and moderation
If something in Kindred feels unsafe, harmful, or in breach of the community rules, email support and include as much context as you can. We review moderation and safeguarding issues as a priority.
